- Shipping and Delivery a. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the specified time frame, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. b. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. You should inspect the products upon receipt and notify us of any damages or defects within 7 days.
- Returns and Refunds a. We accept returns and provide refunds in accordance with our Return Policy. b. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, unless they were damaged or defective upon receipt.
Return Policy
- Items shipped by VIDYA HERBS PVT LTD cannot be returned or taken back as it is a Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicines if the package is opened.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
